🌞El cuarto reto que te propongo para esta semana es el del PASEO CONSCIENTE-“Conexión con los elementos y los sentidos”

🌴The forth challenge that I propose for you this week is that of the CONSCIOUS & MEDITATIVE WALK- “Connection with the elements and the senses.

🌞“Toma al menos 10 minutos al día de paseo consciente, presente, sintiendo. Huele las flores, observa el cielo, acaricia un perro al pasar, deléitate con los trinos de los pájaros, saborea tus labios, SIENTE… simplemente SIENTE…

🌴Take at least 10 minutes a day of conscious, present, feeling walk. Smell the flowers, watch the sky, caress a dog that you find, delight with the trills of the birds, savor your lips, FEEL, JUST FEEL…
